刘生龙，清华大学公共管理学院教授，清华大学国情研究院研究员，多伦多大学访问学者。曾经是中国社会科学院数量经济与技术经济研究所副研究员，经济系统分析室副主任。从事数量经济学、发展经济学、教育与人力资本方面学术研究。主持国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社科基金、中国博士后基金和部委有关人口老龄化、基础设施与经济发展等方面的课题研究30余项。出版基础设施与经济发展、人口老龄化方面的专著。在Journal of
Human Resources、Journal of Development Economics、Econometrics Journal、Journal Of Comparative Economics、 World Development、《经济研究》、《世界经济》、《中国工业经济》等国内外学术期刊发表80余篇。
