农业、农村、农民问题是关系党和国家事业发展全局的根本性问题。在新中国成立以来的各个历史时期，党和政府高度重视、认真对待、着力解决农业、农村、农民问题，带领广大农民谱写了农村改革发展的壮丽篇章。
党的十八大以来，我国农业农村发展取得了历史性成就、发生了历史性变革，为党和国家事业全局提供了有力支撑。进入新时代，我国农业农村发展迎来了难得的发展机遇。实施乡村振兴战略，推动农业全面升级、农村全面进步、农民全面发展，加快推进农业农村现代化。

The problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers are fundamental issues related to the overall development of the Party and the Country. In the various historical periods since the founding of People’s Republic of China, the Party and the government attach great importance to solve these problems and made tremendous achievements, especially since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Entering a new era, China's agricultural and rural development are embracing new opportunities, i.e. the strategy of rural revitalization, the overall upgrading of agriculture industry, the holistic progress of rural areas, the all-round development of farmers, and the modernization of agricultural industry and rural areas.

主讲人简介

宋洪远

，现任农业农村部农村经济研究中心主任、二级研究员，中国农业大学兼职教授、博士生导师，国务院政府特殊津贴专家，部级有突出贡献的中青年专家。

中央农办、农业农村部乡村振兴专家咨询委员会委员、副秘书长。

先后有30多项成果获得国家和省部级领导批示。

主持承担国家社会科学基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金和国家软科学重点项目、世界银行和亚洲开发银行资助项目等重要课题50多项。

发表文章100多篇。

主要著作有《中国“三农”重要政策执行情况及实施机制研究》《当代中国经济转型与农村发展研究》《农村全面建成小康社会之路》《近代以来中国农村变迁史论》（共4卷）、《新中国70年农村发展与制度变迁》等30多部。

担任大型纪录片《大国根基》（共6集）总策划，《中国经济大讲堂》演讲嘉宾。

研究成果获得“中国农村发展研究奖”“中国图书奖”“亚洲开发银行和中国财政部技术援助项目政策推动奖”等。
